Caroline Adair - Rising 2016
Congratulations to Caroline for leading her Paschal High School team to the playoffs for the first time in 10 years. Caroline Adair is a rising 2016 outfielder/thirdbase prospect who plays her travel ball for Firecrackers DFW - EH, one of Tony Rico's premier 16U softball programs in North Texas. Caroline's 68 mph overhand, power and pressence on the field has attracted the attention of Big XII, SEC, Sun Belt, and Southland Conference schools. "Expect Caroline to be off the market by the end of the summer" says Coach Eric Poullard, Caroline's former Firecrackers coach who elected to move Caroline and two other former players up to 16U as opposed to moving his entire talented team up. Coach Eric continues, " Caroline simply needed more exposure to top shelf pitching on the biggest stages. Moving Caroline, Tori and Bri up to 16U was necessary for them and their younger teammates." Tori, another 2016, has recently committed to Abilene Christian University after recieving offers from WAC, Sun Belt, Missouri Valley, Big 10, and C-USA schools. Bri, a 2015 scholar athlete is currently being courted by several Ivy League schools among others. Caroline is not short of her own attention and she's certainly on track to end the process this summer. Firecrackers DFW -EH is proving a great fit for Caroline. Jim Hughes and Steve Evredge are putting in the building blocks for a strong summer and nobody outworks those guys in getting talented players exposure to some of the top college programs. "I'm so proud of that kiddo" says a jubilant Coach Eric. "She's talented, she brings a ton of energy. She's extremely smart." Caroline's first big softball event of the 2014 season will be in Las Vegas from May 30th - June 1st.
